Viya Institute - Zakho
Viya Institute Zaxo, on the area of 4200 m2 in Zakho, the project is for educational purposes consist of ground floor and 2 floor for classes, the building is for an institute containing 34 big Class Rooms, 8 labs for different purposes, 2 managements, indoor and outdoor courtyard, cafeteria, small library, and auditorium. Designed and supervised by ALAA
Project situation: Under constraction, started in 2023.
Erbil Swimming pool
Erbil Swimming pool, on the area of 5000 m2 in Erbil, the project consist of two building each two floors, adminstration and a car parking. The bigger building is containing the swimming pool, jacuzzi, diving area, and gym. The smaller building is containing a coffee shop, sport items stores, and with a small restaurant.

Monument of Peshmerge
Monument of Peshmerge, the project is 34,ooo m2 in Duhok City, we won the competetion in 2016 for the concept and contract, the competetion was by Duhok Governorate in 2015. The building’s main contents are Barzani Museum, Peshmerge Museum, Weapon Museum, Portrait Museum, Multi Purpose Hall, Outdoor theater, Gathering area, and a library
